CCC was opened by Lucy Chaille and a dedicated group of parents in 1990. CCC is a parent participation program with flexible choices for class times and participation options for today's busy families. CCC is conveniently located between Hillsboro, Beaverton and SW Portland at 2515 SW 185th in Beaverton. CCC is a member of Parent Child Cooperatives International and our staff and director are members of The National Association for the Education of the Young Child. CCC is a constructivist school influenced by the ideas of Jean Piaget, Howard Gardner and the schools of Reggio Emilia, Italy. Our Staff - Creative Children's Center has a staff of exceptional teachers, all committed to the idea that children are great thinkers. Director Lucy Chaille holds a Master in Fine Arts from the University of Portland and supervises a staff of creative teachers who inspire the child in all of us. Our Community - CCC has an exceptionally supportive community of families that come together with the common desire to enrich their children's lives.
